ZigBee^® HAN/SmartEnergy AMI

RFMD's portfolio of single-chip integrated front end modules (FEMs) are developed for high-performance ZigBee^® / Home Area Network (HAN) / SmartEnergy applications in the 2.4 GHz to 2.5 GHz ISM band. The RF6575 is specifically designed to operate with the Atmel ATmega128RFA1 Single-Chip solution. The FEMs address the need for aggressive size reduction in an IEEE 802.15.4 front end design and offer a reduced footprint and minimized component count.
