The solution targets portable battery-powered equipment such as Smart Energy advanced metering infrastructure, security and home automation systems, industrial control systems, and sensor networks in the 902 to 928MHz and 868MHz ISM bands.

Sales Of PowerSmart® And Ultra-High Efficiency 3G/4G Power Amplifiers Increase Sequentially. MPG Sees Order Stabilization And MPG Revenue Is Approximately Flat Sequentially. GAAP Operating Loss Is ($11.0) Million, And GAAP Diluted LPS Is ($0.05). Non-GAAP Operating Loss Is ($2.9) Million, And Non-GAAP Diluted LPS Is ($0.02).

Four new MMIC Upconverter and Downconverter devices from RFMD offer high performance and low cost for high frequency applications. The RFUV1002 and RFUV1003 Upconverters incorporate an image rejection mixer, LO buffer amplifier, variable gain amplifier, and DC-decoupling capacitor. The RFRX1001 and RFRX1002 Downconverters incorporate an image rejection mixer, LO buffer amplifier, integrated LNA, and DC-decoupling capacitor. Each device is packaged in a 5 x 5mm QFN to simplify both system-level board design and volume assembly.
