1. Dedicated Protoype Engineering Lot

• Dedicated mask set
• Four three-inch wafers started in one lot
• Guaranteed minimum delivery of two wafers
• Delivered as diced wafers mounted on tape

2. Multi-Project Wafer

• Shared mask set
• Purchase 4x4 mm² tile
• May be subdiced into 2x2, 2x4, or 4x2 mm²
• Delivery of 60 each of tile or subdice
• Shuttles are scheduled monthly
