ZigBee® HAN/SmartEnergy AMI

RFMD's portfolio of single-chip integrated front end modules (FEMs) are developed for high-performance ZigBee® Home Area Network (HAN) / SmartEnergy applications in the 2.4 GHz to 2.5 GHz ISM band. The RF6545 is specifically designed to operate with the Freescale MC1322X Platform-in-Package (PiPs). The FEMs address the need for aggressive size reduction in an IEEE 802.15.4 front end design and offer a reduced footprint and minimized component count.
