Robert A. Bruggeworth is president and chief executive officer of RFMD. Prior to his current role, he served as president of RFMD from June 2002 until January 2003. Mr. Bruggeworth was formerly president of the wireless products group of RFMD, before which he was vice president of wireless products.

Prior to joining RFMD, Mr. Bruggeworth was employed at AMP Inc., a supplier of electrical and electronic connection devices, from July 1983 to April 1999, serving most recently as vice president of global computer and consumer electronics, based in Hong Kong, China. In addition to serving on RFMD's board of directors, Mr. Bruggeworth is also a member of the board of directors of Guilford Technical Community College in Greensboro, NC and the Mine Safety Appliances Company in Pittsburgh, PA. He is a graduate of Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre, PA.  

Steven E. Creviston is corporate vice president and president of RFMD's Cellular Products Group. Mr. Creviston previously served as divisional vice president of RFMD's communication semiconductor division from May 2001 to June 2002, and prior to that he served as product line director of RFMD's Nokia product line. Before joining RFMD in 1994, Mr. Creviston was employed by Teledyne Electronic Technologies in Mountain View, CA, from October 1987 to November 1994, most recently in the role of commercial products manager. He received his MSEE from the University of Illinois, Urbana.

Norman A. Hilgendorf is corporate vice president and president of RFMD's Multi-Market Products Group. Previously, Mr. Hilgendorf served from November 2007 until October 2011 as vice president of business development for RFMD. Mr. Hilgendorf joined RFMD in November 2007, with the acquisition of Sirenza Microdevices, Inc. by RFMD. While at Sirenza, Mr. Hilgendorf served as chief operating officer and prior to that he held a series of senior management positions in sales and general management. He received a BSEE from the University of Illinois, Urbana, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

William A. Priddy, Jr. is RFMD's chief financial officer and corporate vice president of administration and secretary and has served in this role since July 1997. Prior to his current position, Mr. Priddy was RFMD's controller, treasurer, and vice president of finance. Before joining RFMD in 1991, Mr. Priddy served for five years at Analog Devices in positions in the finance and marketing departments. He obtained a BS from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, NC, and an MBA from the UNCG Bryan School of Business and Economics.

Hans Schwarz is RFMD’s corporate vice president of corporate business development. Prior to joining RFMD, Mr. Schwarz was the founder of c365, Inc., a web-based energy analytic start-up company. From 2007 to 2009 he served as a managing director of a late-stage private crossover venture fund. Mr. Schwarz served in various management, business development, and market development positions with Xilinx Inc., a supplier of software and programmable logic devices, from 1992 until 2007, most recently as vice president, business and strategy development. He obtained a BS in CS and EE and did engineering graduate work from Santa Clara University. Mr. Schwarz currently serves on the board of Lattice Semiconductors.

Alan Hallberg is corporate vice president and chief marketing officer of RFMD. Before joining RFMD, Mr. Hallberg was vice president, global advertising and brand communications for Lenovo. Prior to joining Lenovo, he was at Cisco where he led Cisco's global advertising, direct marketing, and CRM efforts as well as Cisco's global systems for e-Marketing. Before joining Cisco, Mr. Hallberg worked on both the agency side—at BBDO Paris—and the client side—at Apple. At Apple, he held several marketing positions including responsibility for driving desktop publishing revenues and introducing Apple products into the small business market. Before entering marketing, Alan worked as a corporate lawyer and a ski guide.

Alan has an undergraduate degree from Pomona College and a law degree from the University of Virginia.

Gary J. Grant is RFMD's corporate vice president of quality assurance. Mr. Grant was employed at ST Microelectronics as the director of quality for the Americas and directory of facilities for the Carrollton, TX plant. Prior to that he was employed by Texas Instruments where he held positions including process engineer, engineering management, and quality management. He earned BA and MS degrees from Rice University as well as an MBA degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.

J. Forrest Moore is RFMD’s corporate vice president of information technology and chief information officer. For 14 years, Mr. Moore worked for McDonnell Douglas in various technical and management positions, advancing to director of one of its information technology strategic business units. He was vice president of operations of a medical device manufacturing company and, prior to joining RFMD, worked for IBM Global Services. Mr. Moore holds a BS in mathematics and an MBA from Southern Illinois University.

James D. Stilson has been RFMD’s corporate vice president of operations since January 2004. Before joining RFMD, he was the president of ASE Korea, Inc., a semiconductor assembly and test solution provider. Prior to that, he was the general manager of Motorola Korea Ltd., which was purchased by the ASE Group to form ASE Korea, Inc. Mr. Stilson has a BS in chemistry from the University of California (Sonoma).

Ralph Knupp is RFMD’s vice president of human resources and has served in this role since joining RFMD in January 2004. Before joining RFMD, Mr. Knupp served for five years as vice president, human resources for Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates, Inc. and for 15 years prior to that as vice president, human resources for Reed Elsevier, Inc. He holds a Ph.D. from Purdue University.
