RF204X-K1 - The RF204X-K1 is a complete designer's tool kit for the RF204X GaAs HBT ceramic micro-X gain blocks. This design kit includes two pieces of each: RF2044, RF2045, RF2046, RF2047, and RF2048; One RF204X evaluation board; and a Specification Summary Index. These gain blocks are specifically designed for applications ranging from base station infrastructure to high frequency microwave transceivers.

RF339X-K1 - The RF339X-K1 is a complete designer's tool kit for the RF339X GaAs HBT leadless plastic gain blocks. This design kit includes three pieces of each: RF3394, RF3395, RF3396, RF3397, and RF3398; One RF339X evaluation board; and a Specification Summary Index. The RF339X gain block series is designed to meet industry-specific reliability and thermal requirements for infrastructure applications in order to exceed life tests. These devices are packaged in a highly reliable low-cost 3x3mm leadless plastic package that is footprint compatible with all micro-X packages.
