Variable Gain Amplifiers

The RFMD Variable Gain Amplifiers (VGA) product portfolio includes analog and digital VGAs.  VGAs are used in both the transmit (Tx) and receive (Rx) functions for a number of RF circuitry designs. The analog VGA is used as an amplifier with voltage variable attenuators and the digital VGA is used with amplifiers with digital step attenuators.
