Amplifiers

RFMD® offers amplifiers with low noise figure and small package styles. Our amplifiers can be used as linear drivers for base station transmitters and final LNA stages for base station receivers.

Power Amplifiers

RFMD’s Power Amplifiers are suitable for a variety of high-performance, medium power, and high-efficiency applications. Featuring simple external matching, these PAs can achieve excellent efficiency over a range of frequencies.

High-Linearity Amplifiers (OIP3 >40dBm)

The High-Linearity Amplifiers are self-biased from a single voltage supply with 50Ω input and output ports. Current can be increased to raise OIP3 while having minimal effect on noise figure.

The Linear Amplifiers are ideally suited for applications employing high peak-to-average ratio (PAR) modulation.
