The RFMD^® portfolio of single-chip integrated front end modules (FEMs) is developed for high-performance Smart Energy applications in the 900MHz to 930MHz and 868MHz ISM bands. The RF6569 is specifically designed to operate with the Silicon Labs EZRadioPRO^® Si4464/63 RF transceivers. The FEM addresses the need for aggressive size reduction in a Smart Energy front end design and offers a reduced footprint and minimized component count.
