The RFMD^® portfolio of single-chip integrated front end modules (FEMs) is developed for high-performance Smart Energy applications in the 900MHz to 930MHz and 868MHz ISM bands. The RF3858 is specifically designed to operate with the Texas Instruments CC1101 RF transceiver. The FEM addresses the need for aggressive size reduction in a Smart Energy front end design and offers a reduced footprint and minimized component count.
