Smart Grid — ZigBee^® HAN/Smart Energy

RFMD's portfolio of single-chip integrated Front End Modules (FEMs) is developed for high performance ZigBee Home Area Network (HAN)/Smart Energy applications in the 2.4 to 2.5GHz ISM band. The RF6505 is specifically designed to operate with a range of TI products including the CC2530 System-on-chip (SoC) solution. The FEM addresses the need for agressive size reduction in a Smart Energy front end design and offers a reduced footprint and minimized component count.
