RFMD® is ISO 9001 certified. ISO 9001 requires that RFMD establish, document, implement,
and maintain a quality management system and continually improve its effectiveness.

AS 9100
The RFMD Broomfield, CO, location is also AS 9100 certified in support of our aerospace
and defense business. AS 9100 is a widely adopted and standardized quality
management system for the aerospace industry. It supplements ISO 9001
by addressing the additional expectations of the aerospace industry, such as increased
focus on configuration management, design, and purchasing. This certification
emphasizes our strong commitment to quality in these marketplaces.
